My First Post

Hi Readers,

I'm Sorcha the daughter of Gerry, I play a pineapple uke and my job just now in the uke making is designing the logo on our ukes. We are starting on soprano ukes and moving up to concerts. Here are the shapes and sizes of ukes:

Shapes:

Flea - fleas are shaped like a pineapple, and mine is one.
Fluke - flukes don't come in soprano size but we are going to make the first.
Guitar Shape - they are shaped like a guitar, so they look like mini guitars - dad plays one

Sizes:

Soprano - sopranos are the smallest of the uke family, and are the best for kids like me.
Concert - concerts are the second smallest of the uke family and dad plays one.
Tenor - tenors are the second biggest of the uke family, dad thought of getting one.
Baritone - baritones are the biggest of the uke family, and are like a small guitar.
That's the family of ukes, there's more about ukes but I'll leave dad to tell you that!
